One option is a Q-BOX with online teambuilding fillings + gifts + snacks. For the most curious in each box there will be а small letter with the text: "Stop! Make sure that today is December 24th. Do not spoil the surprise." Each box will have its own content, depending on what kind of activity will be distributed to the participant.
