All of you have finally gathered together at one table. You discuss your suspects. Every 10 minutes, you get some new information about the crime scene.
This game will show how quickly your colleagues are able to react to unforeseen circumstances.
You will see how they make decisions, whom they consult, and whom they trust. It is a great opportunity to improve soft skills, results-oriented attitude and decency.

Online New Year's celebration corporate party arranged for Chanel

Objective: to hold an online corporate party at a premium level. Convey the company's values to employees and remind them that each of them are very important for the company. Instil proper emotions when presenting a new stage of the company's development.

Solution: All employees received gift boxes and invitations to attend the corporate party. Clicking on the qr code, they could see a stylish landing page with a countdown running, designed specifically for the event. When the timer turned back to zero, an online streaming began from a finely furnished studio provided with all types of devices: lighting and audio equipment, and a DJ console.
During the corporate party, employees took a True or False Quiz, had fun burning firework sparklers, took photos and chatted.

Summary: Employees acquired a feeling that they had been working in a special company — designer's and technical solutions created a superb atmosphere, a quiz made them socialize more closely and have fun, the website and gift boxes made them feel that they had been cared about.
As soon as the corporate party was over, Chanel made us an order to organize an event dedicated to the marketing plan for 2021.

Online New Year's celebration corporate party for Playson

Objective: create and boost team spirit in a remote international team, overcome the language barrier. Hold an event where employees will be its participants, not just spectators.

Solution: role-playing game in the format of a detective duel, Spiritual Séance, held in two languages. Before the event, its participants got festive boxes with items required for the game and an invitation – a QR code with a link to the countdown to the start of the corporate party. On Day X, the team was divided into groups consisting of ten people – English-speaking and Russian-speaking.
Each group moved to the Zoom Room to investigate the same case with the same set of roles. Detectives from different tables presented their version of events, and then the host displayed on the screen how the things really had happened. After the game was over, the characters from different rooms were still discussing the game and their tactics for some time.

Summary: Questoria is an opportunity to avoid choosing which language to arrange an event in. You can hold an event in two or even three languages under the same script. This double team building event made its participants interact a lot in various combinations.

Corporate games for EPAM

There is a shortage of IT specialists in the market, as they know their worth and changing jobs is not a problem for them.

Objective: keep valuable specialists in the team, and make newcomers fit in properly. Make people from different countries and cities get to know each other. Encourage team spirit if people work remotely. Improve informal connections and engagement that is of utmost importance for us. EPAM operating in 40 countries had 52,650 employees in 2021.

Solution: regular online games held every Friday. Instead of infrequent and large-scale corporate events, EPAM arranges "Fridays" for their employees. Held several times a month, these Friday evening parties include quizzes and role-playing quests engaging 10-30 employees in Zoom or offline. For no reason, but quite often. Since 2017, the EPAM team has already held 56 events of the kind, 7 of them based on customized scenarios.

Summary: EPAM's HR managers and team leaders began to recommend "Fridays" to each other in internal chats. Soon, fun and effective way to get to know each other and increase team engagement became part of the internal culture. Gamified adaptation of newcomers and keeping valuable specialists in the company ensure the rapid growth of EPAM.
