At the beginning of the event, the main host will already be there, waiting for the guests and creating the appropriate mood. The host sets the tone for the entire event, welcoming participants and providing a warm and friendly atmosphere from the start.
It's the perfect start to your corporate celebration that brings everyone together, even if we're in different parts of the world.
Idea: We invite you to embark on an exciting 90-minute journey around the world! This is a unique opportunity to visit 15 countries, learn interesting facts, solve captivating puzzles, and enjoy unforgettable moments. During the journey, you will participate in music contests in the USA, play charades in Australia, and explore the cultural treasures of the Caucasus in Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.
Event Mechanics: The event is hosted by a a professional streaming studio located in a secure shelter, equipped with a backup power supply and an internet connection, ensuring that nothing will disrupt your event.
Teams are placed in separate Zoom rooms, allowing them to freely discuss their answers to the host's questions. At the end of each round, the team captain submits the answers for review, and the journey continues. Throughout the game, teams receive a variety of tasks related to the culture, history, and traditions of the countries they visit. Tasks can vary and include historical, musical, visual, logical, and photo/video challenges.
In parallel with the main event administrator, who monitors the timing and technical aspects of the broadcast, team moderators will also be working. They will occasionally enter the Zoom rooms to ensure that everything is going smoothly for each team and that there are no questions about the event mechanics. Before the main part of the game begins, these moderators will speak with each team, suggest that they come up with a team name and choose a captain, explain how to use the answer submission form, and ensure that the sound and video quality in the room are good. They will also offer to set up custom Zoom backgrounds for each team, designed by our graphic artist.
In the final part of the event, the host brings all the teams together in a general broadcast, announces the results, congratulates the winners, and thanks everyone for playing.
