For 3 years, Ukrainians have become tired of making New Year's wishes that don't come true. But, our mission is to inspire teams. That's why Q-team, together with Mental Health experts, delved into the practices of overcoming difficult times and adapted them to the corporate party format.
Thus was born the Time Capsule program, which takes us to the year 2030 - a world where the difficulties of today are already a thing of the past. From there, we will bring back inspiration, useful advice and a sense of support right into 2026 to start the year with new strength and self-belief.

Why is the interactive called Video Meditation?
Because it is truly an element of Mental Health.
Imagine that in the midst of the event, the lights slowly turn off, and a video sequence is playing on the screen, and a calm voice begins with the following words:
“Imagine yourself in 2030, Ukraine has followed the path of development, technologies have improved people's lives, making it happier... And here you are from the future meeting your current self. What would you say? What support would you give yourself? What would you say about today's events from the perspective of the future? How did you live these years and get into a wonderful future”
And all this is accompanied by audio and visual effects, encouraging event participants to think about the fact that today's troubles are just a stage in life, followed by a joyful and positive future.

Message 1 is a real competition. We offer to make a bet on how many times in six months... you will hear the phrase "oops, I forgot to turn on the microphone". Okay, actually, make a prediction on how many new employees will appear in the company in the first half of 2025. You need to write a number. In six months, the prize will go to the one whose prediction is as close to the truth as possible.
Message 2 is a field in which we ask you to enter any of your predictions that will happen in six months. From any sphere. Something not obvious. Personal, about colleagues, or about the world. You can even write 2-3, if you feel that you are in touch with the Universe today. Listen to your intuition. If your prediction comes true, then in six months you will also receive a prize and recognition.
Message 3 - we ask you to write down a promise to yourself. In order not to postpone and fulfill it by the summer of 2025. At the summer corporate party we will open the capsule to find out which of us has already managed to fulfill this promise - to make our 2025 better.
After all the participants have written their messages to the future, our costumed animators will hold a bright ceremony with special effects (dry ice, lighting, capsule) and encapsulate the message. Which you will open already in the summer of 2025.
