Frequently asked questions

There are 2 types of employees
The first type
He is slow to complete tasks, not enthusiastic about the idea. He has become invisible. On general calls, he says what is expected of him. Then he leaves the chat, turns on the news in the background and browses job sites. He blames the lack of results on the crisis.
Second type
Personally accepts the challenge facing the team. Works twice as hard to maintain and lead the company to the top. Eagerly seeks opportunities to adapt the business to new conditions. Offers ideas for improvement every day.
The effectiveness of the team and the profit of the business depend on what percentage of employees are currently in the "second type" state. Their deep internal agreement with the company's values, and a sincere desire to follow them - this is what gives real business growth.
The difference is in values.
And this can be managed with Q-TEAM ZOOM GAMES

The goal of our teambuilding events is to build a team
We are, to put it mildly, skeptical about teambuilding with jumping bags.
We are for work for results.

Over 11 years of cooperation with HR, CEOs and owners, we have formulated
11 most common values in companies.
We use them in our online teambuilding stories.
  • Decency
Understanding that honesty is a win/win strategy in any relationship
Locus of control
Responsibility for the result. Even if it is negative, a person does not look for external reasons and excuses
Assertiveness
Take and give feedback without criticism
Owner's mindset
Understanding the impact and importance of each process in the company on the overall result
Ability to be a team player
Balance between personal and team goals
Development orientation
Ambition and desire to develop even during non-working hours
Proactivity
Initiative to execute without setting the task from above
  • Result orientation
Willingness to conduct a series of experiments. Ability to use negative and positive experience.
  • Passion for the work
    Self-realization through professionalism

6 reasons to hold a team building event:
  • The team is breaking up.
You haven't held team events since the war began, and now you feel like there's nowhere to put it off: the team is falling apart.
  • No involvement
You work remotely. Pre-war tools don't work – there is loyalty, there is no involvement. Do you know what this means? They are afraid to be fired, because unemployment – they work for nothing
  • Colleagues' defocus
Previously, after the holidays, the task was to bring the focus of the employee from Bukovel back to work. People don't rest properly and drag their fatigue and depression into the office. The task now is to set the mood for Cossack drive in the team
  • Lack of time
You have been conducting teambuilding events on your own, but feel like you don't have two extra weeks to prepare.
  • Disappointment in the future
The team has lost faith in their plans, and doesn't understand why they should put in the work if "the rocket will arrive tomorrow."
  • Psychological problems
Wartime conditions can create a variety of psychological problems in teams, such as anxiety, fear, depression, and PTSD. This can affect work performance and exacerbate interpersonal conflicts.
3 criteria for effective team building
Now almost every animator promises that he will increase the level of involvement in the team.
But.
After the usual corporate parties, the turnover of personnel does not decrease, but even the opposite. They rubbed the bones of the management in the smoking room, drank, quarreled - the top went to the competitors.
This will not happen if:
Everyone is momentarily involved in the emotions planned by the screenwriter, rather than looking for entertainment.
Everyone is an actor in the event, not an observer
Bright, pleasant face-to-face communication has been prepared specifically for those who interact little at work.

3️⃣ Inspiring role-playing quest
And now - a party! The psyche needs to recover from stress. And here we are pros :) Drive role-playing game. A joint detective investigation well attracts both those who play live and employees behind the screens. The host immerses the players in an interesting plot, as far as possible from the future 2027. In a different era.

Players are divided into teams in zoom rooms and at live tables. Each team has a detective and roles for each and investigates the same case independently and synchronously with other teams.

After 45 minutes, everyone returns to the common video bridge, and each of the detectives announces his verdict: who is guilty and what is the picture of the crime. At the end - attention to the screen! - the host tells everyone how it really happened.

We reward detectives who solved the case, and in teams where the investigation has reached a dead end, we reward those who bluffed well. The synchronicity of the live and online timing gives the feeling of a joint, interesting game for everyone. The most frequent response: "Thank you! These are the first two hours since February when we really rested!"
How does the role-playing quest work?
Immersion in the plot
Each plot has its own decor, costumes, visuals and props. Large-scale locations or Smartwood parlor games, roulette or a chemical show laboratory for earning game currency - real casino chips, Indian roaches or Venetian masks. It will be atmospheric
Acquaintance in roles
The host, soundtrack and presentation immerse you in the atmosphere of the era. Everyone gets an individual role, biography and secret goals. Everyone wears accessories and transforms. When playing online, we give new names to everyone in zoom. We get to know each other by the names of the characters.
Detective investigation
Evidence and artifacts, exposing spy games, intrigue, compromising material, alibis, help from allies - excitement and drive during the game's countdown.
End of the game and counting
Stop! Attention to the screen. The presenter reveals all the detective lines. Announces the teams that have achieved their goals and determines the successes of all participants.

4️⃣ Focus on common goals
After the excitement of the game, everyone is lively discussing the results, joking a lot. Usually, we advise at this time to bring out drinks, snacks and not to disturb colleagues from having a good time from communication.

But this year we have another emotional peak planned. We turn off the lights and bring out a cake in the form of a map of Ukraine. It will be a video online.

A low voice tells us to close our eyes and make two wishes for 2024: personal and joint. We blow out the candles together. Live or online - it doesn't matter. And our wish will definitely come true.
